Every meeting has an end

Is no doubt that I am a good kickin *ss worker. I received a lot of compliments from the people I work with - my overseas agents, customers, even as high as overseas Managing and Regional Director. You can ask all the Top Managers of my company's branches. I'm much confident they will say good things about me. I even keep these testimonials at my folder named 'Hall Of Fame'. But none I received from people that work under my guidance. Sometime make me wonder if I have been a good example orleader.

Yesterday.... I received my first letter of gratitude from my subordinate who's leaving the company.
