Company's first rule : Do not recruit someone out of kindness or any decision what so to do with feelings just because the person needs a job, your someone's recommendation, etc. If it will not make a benefit to the company just forget it. Hey if you want to do kindness you can donate your money to the available organisation.
Okie these are my guide to pass my interview.
1. Dress nicely. First impression always count. Get a hair cut. Get your clothes ironed and make sure dont wear a faded color shirt. And please... clean your shoes at the entrance. Is very rude that you are making people's office dirty from sands.
2. From the way you give me a hand shake whether is a firm or loose one. That will define if you are a confident person, a bossy one or a no-spirit one.
3. Eye contact. Everytime I ask questions about you I will not only listen but I make sure I catch every of your reaction. Don't be tense and Dont lie!
4. Acknowledge of your own capability. Dont say that you know English when your academic report shows you score badly.
5. Write an impressive CV is a big dillema for you. If you write nothing I will assume you are not competent. If you write more I will question you what makes you said you are the person as written. I know I know... I'm hard to please.
6. When I start asking tough questions I actually just want to check on you.
7. Lastly if you don't have what it takes to be a capable staff just forget about sending CV and wasting my god damn time
Alrite... here I am the BOSS! But elsewhere I am in the same desperate for hot jobs. Has started sending out CVs to some companies. Just hope I'll get a call for interview on that (- -"). I want a prada heels. ASAP!
